Find the daily bleed

38% of inbound calls never reach you. The rest go to whoever picks up first.

You are in the field. The phone rings three times. Nobody catches it. The customer calls the next shop on the map, and you may never know the job was there.

Built by someone who watched an HVAC business lose six figures a year to calls that never connected. Now we fix that leak.

Start with the missed call, then show what changes.

Placeholder for the launch video: phone rings while the owner is in the field, the lead gets caught, the job gets booked, and the owner sees what would have been lost.

Stacked on the tools we trust
the four leaks

Before we sell you anything, we show you where the work is slipping away.

None of this is a moral failing. It's a capacity problem. Four small systems fix it.
~38%

The phone rings while everyone is busy.

Most of those callers don't leave a voicemail. They dial the next listing on the map.

4 of 6

Unhappy customers reach Google before you.

You never got the chance to make it right, because you never heard about it in time.

~47 hrs

Web forms wait until the lead cools off.

By hour five, most leads have already booked with someone else.

60 hr/wk

The owner keeps every plate spinning.

And six figures a year still finds its way out the back door.

what changes

The system is only useful if the leak closes and the job gets booked.

Calls stop dying in the field

The call gets picked up, qualified, and moved toward a booked job while the crew keeps working.

frequently asked

The questions shops ask before they trust the system.

Clear answers before the walkthrough. No hand waving, no quote games, no mystery stack.

21 daystypical go live Approvedbefore monthly Humansupport included
01Will it really sound like my business and not a robot?

Yes. Training is half the engagement. We use your recordings, tone, common objections, and language. You approve the voice before it talks to a real caller.

02What if the call system gets it wrong on a live call?

Every call is transcribed, tagged by confidence, and flagged for review if anything feels off. We tune it the next day. Hot transfer to a human is always one sentence away.

03Do I own the systems you build?

Yes. The site, flows, prompts, content, setup work, and produced assets are yours. If you ever cancel, we give you a clean handoff and export.

04What does this actually cost?

Sprout is $97/mo plus $497 setup. Grove is $297/mo plus $797 setup. Canopy is $997/mo plus $1,497 setup. Setup is charged when you start. Monthly service begins once the site is live and approved.

05Is the setup fee refundable?

No. The setup fee is non refundable because production work starts immediately and you keep the assets we produce. The monthly retainer does not start until the site is live and approved.

06Can I write this off as a business expense?

Many contractors can usually treat services like this as a business expense because it supports marketing, lead generation, software, website, CRM, call answering, and operations. We are not tax advisors, so confirm exact treatment with your CPA.

07What happens when something breaks?

You hear about it before your customers do. Every system is wired into alerts, and we monitor from our side too. Every flow is version controlled so we can roll back quickly.

08How long until it's live?

Sprout can launch in 7 to 10 days. Grove and Canopy usually take 21 days, depending on how fast we get access, photos, service areas, and the calls we need to train from.

09What about data privacy?

We use SOC2-compliant infrastructure, store recordings only as long as your policy requires, and never train shared models on your calls.

10Do you work with my CRM / phone system?

Almost certainly. We set up HubSpot, GHL, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Twilio, RingCentral, and similar tools. When we need custom glue, we write it.
